TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
- NEVINI: NEVINI Wine Import, established in Maastricht
- Client: the natural or legal person who purchases services from NEVINI
- Services: wine advice, wine selection, delivery of wines and related services
- Agreement: any agreement between NEVINI and the client
2. APPLICABILITY
These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between NEVINI and the client. Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
3. OFFERS AND QUOTATIONS
All offers and quotations are without obligation, unless stated otherwise. NEVINI reserves the right to:
- Withdraw quotations within 14 days
- Adjust prices in case of changes in supplier costs
- Modify wine selections in unforeseen circumstances
4. WINE ADVICE AND SELECTION
NEVINI offers professional wine advice based on:
- Client preferences and occasion
- Availability of wines
- Quality and value for money
- Years of expertise and flavour profiles

5. ORDERS AND DELIVERY
Orders are confirmed via email. Delivery takes place:
- The estimated delivery window is shown before payment on our shipping policy and at checkout; tracking follows after dispatch
- To the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, Andorra and Monaco — order directly via the webshop
- On working days between 9:00 and 17:00
- After payment or upon advance payment
6. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices include VAT, excluding delivery costs. Payment is made:
- In advance via bank transfer or iDEAL
- Within 14 days of the invoice date
- In euros
In case of late payment, NEVINI is entitled to charge interest and collection costs.
7. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Delivery is at the client's own risk. NEVINI is not liable for:
- Damage during transport (unless caused by our own actions)
- Delays due to weather conditions or force majeure
- Damage caused by improper storage after delivery
- Changes in wine quality due to ageing
8. QUALITY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Wines are perishable products. The right of withdrawal does not apply to wines specifically selected at the client's request. In case of quality complaints, the client must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
9. LIABILITY
NEVINI is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, lost profits or damage due to spoilage of wines after delivery. Liability is limited to the value of the wines delivered.
10. B2B SERVICES
Additional conditions apply for B2B clients:
- Expected delivery confirmed per order
- Special conditions for hospitality customers
- Exclusive hospitality promotions and seasonal offers
- Wine list development and menu advice for restaurants
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights to wine descriptions, flavour profiles and advice remain the property of NEVINI. Clients may not reproduce or distribute this information without permission.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
NEVINI is not obliged to fulfil any obligation if it is prevented from doing so by force majeure. Force majeure is understood to mean any circumstance beyond the control of NEVINI.
13. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Maastricht.
