Altùris Sauvignon 2025 explores the aromatic side of Friuli. Sauvignon Blanc gives this white wine a distinctive herbal profile, where sage, tomato leaf and mint meet grapefruit and exotic fruit. The palate is fresh, rounded and savoury, with a persistent fruit-led finish. Altùris works near Cividale del Friuli in north-eastern Italy. This is an inviting choice for drinkers who enjoy dry white wines with expressive aromas and a clear sense of varietal character, suitable both before a meal and alongside lighter food.
