Chardonnay 2023

El Enemigo Chardonnay 2023 is a distinctive Chardonnay from high-altitude vineyards in Mendoza. Alejandro Vigil and Adrianna Catena combine ripe Andean fruit with tension, texture and subtle oxidative complexity.

The nose offers lemon, ripe apple, peach and pineapple, followed by hazelnut, butter, vanilla and a saline mineral note. The palate is rich and creamy yet remains lively thanks to fresh acidity and a long, gently spiced finish.
