Ferrari Maximum Brut is an elegant Italian sparkling wine from the Trento DOC area, made from 100% Chardonnay using the Metodo Classico (the same method as Champagne). The grapes are hand-harvested from vineyards in Trentino, situated at altitude in the Italian Alps.
On the nose, fine aromas of Golden Delicious apple, white flowers and freshly baked bread with a subtle yeast note. On the palate it is fresh and elegant, with a fine, persistent perlage and flavors of citrus, green apple and almond. The finish is dry, mineral and refined.
