Description

A deep golden color in the glass. Aromas of dried fruit, apricot and candied pineapple, followed by sweet notes of chestnut honey. Rich and complex in the mouth with notes of plums, yellow fruit and citrus fruits. The finish is characterized by a mineral freshness and a salty touch. The dosage is 3 grams per liter. After dégorgement, the bottles go back to the cellars to rest for at least six months, so that the wine can harmoniously absorb the dosage. This Champagne has a minimum aging of 12 years in the cellars.
