Description

Cignomoro 6 Anime is a powerful and elegant red wine from Puglia, made from six typical regional grapes: Primitivo, Negroamaro, Malvasia Nera, Nero di Troia, Aglianico and Susumaniello. Deep dark purple in color, with aromas of ripe black currants, blackberries, chocolate, almonds and a hint of toast. In the mouth soft and concentrated, with delicately integrated tannins and a perfect balance between fruit and wood. The wine ages 8 months in second- and third-year medium-toasted French and American oak barriques and 4 months in bottle. Ideal with grilled meat, stews and aged cheeses.
