Description

Apostelhoeve Cuvée XII is a fresh, elegant white wine from the hills of South Limburg. This refined blend of 40% Müller-Thurgau, 30% Auxerrois and 30% Pinot Gris offers a broad aroma profile with exotic fruit such as peach and apricot, complemented by tones of citrus and white flowers. The taste is lively with a beautiful balance between fruity acids and a soft, mineral finish. The wine has a clear, light yellow color and is perfect to combine with asparagus, fish dishes, salads and light pastas. A beautiful example of Dutch winemaking on the Louwberg near Maastricht.
