Description

Guerriero Bianco is a golden-yellow blend of Bianchello and Verdicchio, with refined aromas of yellow peach, aromatic herbs and a hint of vanilla. On the palate it is velvety soft and intense, with fresh citrus and a beautiful balance between fruit and acidity. The wine ages for 6-8 months in French oak barrels and another 6 months in bottle, giving it subtle roundness and extra complexity. Perfect with fish, white meat, aged cheeses and light truffle dishes. Serve at 8-10°C.
