Verso Primitivo di Manduria DOC 2020

Campi Deantera Verso is an elegant Primitivo di Manduria from old vines (vecchie vigne) in the heart of Puglia. The grapes come from vineyards with alberello pruning (bush training), a traditional technique that guarantees low yields and intense concentration.

On the nose, rich aromas of ripe cherries, plums, blackberries, chocolate and tobacco, with subtle tones of vanilla and dried herbs. On the palate it is powerful but elegant, with soft, velvety tannins, a full body and flavors of dark fruit, cocoa and a hint of licorice.
