The CASK 23 Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 comes from the Stags Leap District in Napa Valley. It is made from 100% estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon from the S.L.V. and FAY vineyards, which contribute equally. The wine aged for 21 months in French oak barrels, 95% of which were new.
