80 Vecchie Vigne Primitivo di Manduria DOP 2022

Cignomoro 80 Vecchie Vigne is an exceptional Primitivo from approximately 80-year-old vines from Manduria, Puglia. The old vines produce minimal quantities of grapes with an extreme concentration of flavor and aroma.

On the nose, an explosion of ripe cherries, blackberries, undergrowth, raisins, chocolate and roasted coffee beans, with subtle tones of cinnamon and vanilla. On the palate it is full, powerful and enveloping, with sweet, velvety tannins and an enormous concentration. Flavors of dark fruit, cocoa, licorice and dried figs.
