Description
Maison Saint Aix AIX Rosé 2025 is an AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence made from 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 20% Cinsault. The grapes were harvested between 27 August and 25 September over seventeen cool nights to preserve freshness and aromatic precision.
This pale, bright rosé offers aromas of white peach, citrus zest and wildflowers. The palate follows with subtle red fruit, lively freshness and fine saline tension that carries into the elegant finish.
