Barolo Pajana 2016

Domenico Clerico Barolo Pajana 2016 is a cru Barolo from Ginestra in Monforte d'Alba. Its southern exposure and limestone- and clay-rich soil produce an intense Nebbiolo with a ripe fruit core and the structure to develop for decades.

Dark cherry, raspberry and plum come together on the nose with rose, licorice, tobacco, leather, cocoa and balsamic herbs. The palate is rich and layered, with powerful yet polished tannins and a long, savory finish.
