Barolo Ciabot Mentin 2016

Domenico Clerico Barolo Ciabot Mentin 2016 comes from the Ginestra cru in Monforte d'Alba. The high-altitude, east-facing slope and calcareous marl soil give this Nebbiolo a combination of power, perfume and refined tension.

Black cherry, plum and wild berries are interwoven with rose, violets, orange peel, mint, licorice, tobacco and tar. The palate is concentrated and energetic, with precise tannins and a very long, mineral finish.
