Description
Cascina Ghercina’s Barolo 2022 is made from Piedmont’s Nebbiolo. Its profile moves between ripe red fruit and liquorice, with warmth, elegance and a clear structure. Fermentation in stainless steel is followed by maturation in large Slavonian oak casks, keeping the grape at the centre of the story.
