Description
VALENCISO Fermentado en Barrica 2025 is a rare white Rioja made entirely from Tempranillo Blanco. This grape arose as a spontaneous mutation of red Tempranillo and is hand-harvested from the small Achalde plot near Ollauri, on the cool clay-limestone soils of Rioja Alta.
The nose is expressive and refined, with white fruit, pineapple, white flowers and a subtle touch of vanilla and fine oak. The palate is creamy and full-bodied, yet fresh acidity keeps it precise, elegant and remarkably long.
