Description
Domaine Nicolas Hautes Côtes de Beaune is an exclusive white Burgundy of small production, made from 100% Chardonnay. The vineyards are situated on the high slopes above the Côte de Beaune, on limestone soils that give the wine its characteristic minerality.
On the nose, elegant aromas of citrus, white peach, acacia and a subtle mineral tone. On the palate it is fresh and pure, with a beautiful acidity and flavors of green apple, lemon and chalk. The finish is long and mineral.
