Description
Domaine Nicolas Saint Romain AC 'Sous Roche' is an exceptional white Burgundy from a special terroir. The name 'Sous Roche' refers to the imposing limestone cliffs above the vineyards that give the wine its unique minerality and character.
On the nose, complex aromas of ripe pear, apricot, honey, hazelnut and a pronounced mineral tone of flintstone. On the palate it is full and elegant, with a beautiful concentration, fine acids and flavors of yellow fruit, almond and white flowers. The finish is long, mineral and persistent.
