Jacques Prieur Meursault Clos de Mazeray Monopole 2022

Clos de Mazeray is a walled vineyard near Meursault worked exclusively by Domaine Jacques Prieur. This white 2022 is made from Chardonnay grown on clay and limestone above an old riverbed. Whole bunches are pressed after hand harvesting, and both fermentation and maturation take place in oak barrels. The producer describes sixteen months of ageing for this vintage.
