Meursault Blanc 2023

Matrot Meursault Blanc 2023 is a classic white Burgundy made from 100% Chardonnay, blended from twelve parcels around Meursault. The vines average 35 years old and are hand-harvested; whole bunches are pneumatically pressed before 24-hour settling and fermentation with indigenous yeasts.

The wine combines ripe yellow fruit and fresh citrus with the characterful profile of Meursault: dry yet rounded. Butter, oak, vanilla, apple, pear and mineral notes add extra depth to the flavour profile.
