Pessac-Léognan AC Blanc 2007

Château La Louvière Pessac-Léognan Blanc 2007 is a mature white Bordeaux made from 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Sémillon. The grapes come from the gravel soils of Pessac-Léognan, and the wine combines ripe citrus, dried stone fruit and honey with toast, spices and mineral tension.

Bottle ageing has developed its fresh, youthful style into a complex, full-bodied wine with a creamy texture and a long, dry finish. Serve it lightly chilled with grilled fish, lobster, poultry in a cream sauce or aged hard cheese.
