Description
Aalto Blanco de Parcela is the first white wine from the legendary Aalto winery, founded by Mariano García (former winemaker of Vega Sicilia) and Javier Zaccagnini. This wine is made from 100% Verdejo from carefully selected parcels.
On the nose, expressive aromas of citrus, white flowers, grapefruit, gooseberries and a subtle mineral tone. On the palate it is fresh and elegant, with a beautiful tension and flavors of green apple, lemon, tropical fruit and a hint of fennel. The acids are lively and well integrated.
