Description
Aalto PS (Pagos Seleccionados) is the flagship of the Aalto winery, made from 100% Tempranillo (Tinto Fino) from the very best selected parcels in Ribera del Duero. This wine is only produced in exceptional years.
On the nose, an intense and complex bouquet of ripe blackberries, cherries, plums, dark chocolate, cedar wood, graphite and subtle blossom tones. On the palate it is full, deep and layered, with a perfect structure, powerful but velvet tannins and an enormous concentration. Flavors of dark fruit, espresso, tobacco, minerals and sweet spices.
