Description

R. Lopez de Heredia Viña Tondonia Reserva 2012 is a classic Rioja from one of Spain's most renowned wineries. This traditional reserva has a deep ruby red color with garnet reflections. The bouquet is complex and elegant, with aromas of ripe red fruit, vanilla, spices, tobacco and subtle notes of oak wood. In the mouth it is full and structured, with silky tannins and a long, refined finish. The wine ages for years in American oak barrels and then in bottle, which ensures its characteristic complexity and finesse. Perfect with grilled meat, game and aged cheeses.
