Description
Zýmē Cabernet 60/20/20 is an elegant Bordeaux-style blend from Veneto, consisting of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc and 20% Merlot. The grapes come from the Colli Berici, near Lonigo in the province of Vicenza.
The wine has a deep ruby red color tending towards deep purple, with garnet reflections when aging and a beautiful glycerine richness. On the nose, aromas of red forest fruit such as blueberries, black currants and wild blackberries, complemented by musk and spices.
