Kairos 2021

Zýmē Kairos is an exceptional red wine from Valpolicella, made from at least 15 different grape varieties - 11 red and 4 white grapes - that together create a mosaic of flavors. The name 'Kairos' comes from ancient Greek and means 'the right moment'.

The wine has a brilliant ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose, complex aromas of red fruit, forest fruit, flowers, sweet spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves, complemented by tobacco and mineral accents.
