Description

Gitana Manastirea Rohrbach Cru 2021 is a dry white wine made from 100% Riesling grown in a historic vineyard in Romanovca, within Valul lui Traian. The late-harvested grapes come from a sunny cru once planted by German monks and brought back to life by Gitana.

The wine has intense aromas of pear, peach, honey, orange peel, field flowers and freshly cut hay. The palate is powerful yet precise, with lively acidity, pronounced minerality and a long, gently saline finish.
