Saperavi

Gitana Saperavi is an expressive red wine from Moldova, made from the Saperavi grape originally from Georgia's Kakheti region. This grape is known for its deep, intense color and excellent aging potential.

The wine has a deep ruby red color with purple reflections. On the nose, aromatic layers of dark cherries, cedar and fresh mint, with subtle smoky notes and mahogany wood. The flavor profile shows ripe black fruit with spicy flavors of leather, black currants, blackberries, black cherry, sweet wood and licorice, complemented by red and black pepper, sweet tobacco, smoked plum, nutmeg and dried fig.
