Zýmē Syrah is an elegant and complex red wine from Veneto, made from 100% Syrah grapes. This wine is a challenge for winemaker Celestino Gaspari, who handles the grape 'with elegance and finesse'.

The wine has a deep ruby red color with purple reflections. On the nose, an intense bouquet of pepper, dark chocolate, dark fruit and subtle spicy notes. The complexity unfolds in multiple layers.
