Description
Merum Priorati Destí Sols Viognier 2024 is an extremely limited white Priorat made from 100% Viognier. The grapes come from small plots around Porrera at an elevation of 470 metres, where the vines root in Priorat's distinctive llicorella slate soils. Only 490 bottles were produced from this vintage.
The nose offers fleshy white flowers, pastry, burnt sugar and ripe fruit. The palate is fresh and precise, with a silky texture, fine tension and a long, persistent finish.
