Prosecco DOC Spumante

An organic Prosecco Spumante with fruity and floral aromas that promise excellent persistence on the palate.

The carefully harvested organic Glera grapes are transformed in the cellar into must, where primary fermentation takes place, followed by settling stages to clarify the wine that later becomes spumante (sparkling) with the foam formation stage.

Color: straw yellow, fine and persistent bubbles. Nose: authentic, sharp, refined aromas, with various fruity and floral notes. Taste: pleasant persistent tactile carbonation feeling, followed by an attractive harmony that balances acidity and the sweet part, excellent length and persistence.

Excellent alone as an aperitif with varied appetizers. Suitable for accompanying all fish dishes, pasta dishes and risottos, especially with vegetables; also a good match for white meat.
