Description
Raventós Rosell Cava Brut Reserva 2023 is a dry sparkling wine from the Penedès. Apple, citrus and a light brioche note set the tone. Fine bubbles and lively acidity create a fresh impression on the palate, followed by a clean, gently almond-like finish. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle using the traditional method, with at least eighteen months of lees ageing. This combination adds some depth while retaining an inviting style, making the wine suitable for an aperitif that can continue into the meal.
