Description
Raventós Rosell Heretat Brut Reserva is a Penedès cava with an elegant, creamy mousse. The blend combines Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. At least twenty-six months of ageing after the second bottle fermentation create space for pastry and nut notes alongside apple, citrus and flowers. The palate remains lively and broad, with a persistent finish. Heretat is an appealing choice when an aperitif deserves more texture, or when sparkling wine is intended to accompany food rather than serve only as an opening toast.
