Description
Ultimate Provence Rosé 2025 is a dry AOP Côtes de Provence made from 30% Cinsault, 30% Grenache Noir, 30% Syrah and 10% Rolle. Its elegant fluted bottle contains a pale rosé with copper highlights and a modern Provençal style.
The nose opens with fresh lemon, exotic fruit and flowers. The palate is fresh and supple, with pure fruit and a fine touch of white pepper that adds tension to the dry finish.
After careful selection, the wine ferments at 16-18°C. Brief maturation on the fine lees and in stainless steel preserves its aromatic freshness. Serve at 12°C with seafood, grilled fish, light cheeses or Mediterranean dishes.
