Description
Clos Mogador Gratallops Vi de Vila Rosat 2023 is a gastronomic rosé from Priorat D.O.Q., made from 49% Garnatxa Negra, 38% Cariñena and 13% Macabeu. The grapes come from family vineyards around Gratallops, and the exceptionally small production totals just 1,700 bottles.
The wine is complex and long, with red fruit, Mediterranean herbs, pronounced saline tension and a refined bitter note on the finish. Its ripe fruit core and savoury minerality give this rosé the structure of a serious food wine.
